How pages are counted
- One page of a PDF is one page; a photo counts as one page.
- Your free pages for the day are used first; anything beyond comes out of your page pack.
- Uploading the same file again on the same day doesn't count twice.
- If we can't read a file, its pages are given back automatically.
Questions
How do I get my pages? Right after payment you get an access key. It is saved in this browser automatically – keep a copy so you can use your pages on another computer or browser.
Can my team share a pack? Yes. Anyone with the access key can use its pages, so share it only with people you trust.
Who handles the payment? Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem handles card payments, sales tax and VAT, and sends you a receipt. We never see your card details.
Can I get a refund? Yes – unused pages can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. See our refund policy.
