Refund policy

Page packs are one-time purchases – there is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged again unless you buy another pack.

Unused pages

Within 30 days of purchase you can ask for a refund of the pages you haven't used. If you haven't used any, you get the full price back; if you have used some, you get back the share of the price for the unused pages. For example, if you used 250 of 1,000 pages from a $29 pack, you get $21.75 back.

If it didn't work for you

If BalancedProof couldn't read your statements correctly and we couldn't fix it, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full price, including pages you used trying.

How to ask

Email hello@balancedproof.com with the order number from your receipt (or your access key). We reply within two business days. Refunds are issued by Creem, our merchant of record, to your original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

When a refund is issued, the refunded pages are removed from your access key (a full refund closes the key).

Free pages

The free daily allowance costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Before disputing a charge

Please contact us first – we'll sort it out faster than a card dispute, and a dispute closes the access key straight away.
